Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business segments in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to create custom signs and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs for performance measurement and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in new business development sales in a related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
